The staff were very friendly and helpful. That was a positive.
The room i had, a standard twin room, was not as clean as i expected. I saw some dust and the bathroom could have been cleaner. also, the breakfast buffet was lukewarm. It was not very appetizing. the food was ok, but the temperature affected my experience quite negatively.

convenient locationrude staff membershort stay
the location proved quite convenient for getting to local attractions , i will say that.
i booked a suite and was disappointed to find no fridge , quite inconvenient for storing anything perishable. check-in at 4pm and check-out at 11am was like a rather short stay , especially considering the cost. also , a staff member i encountered on the phone seemed rather rude when i inquired about checking in earlier , not the most cute experience to be honest.

The staff was very cute. the breakfast was excellent and the restaurant was lovely. the room was nice. The service was also great.
the room was too warm! it did not have air conditioning, so it was not great in the hot summer months. the room windows only opened a little bit. the toilet did not flush properly .
